We can accommodate up to 70 guests for your wedding breakfast and up to 110 guests for your evening celebration.

Parking is available for guests staying in our on-site accommodation and for wedding suppliers. To help preserve the atmosphere of the estate and ensure guest safety, we ask all other guests to arrive and depart via pre-arranged minibus or coach transport.

Yes. When you book Knott Estate, the estate is exclusively yours for the duration of your wedding celebration.

We have our own wedding coordinator who will be your main point of contact throughout the planning process. They will work directly with you and your chosen suppliers to help ensure everything comes together smoothly and that all venue-related arrangements are taken care of.

Yes. Our Wedding Barn features a dedicated service area with easy access for caterers, making it ideal for mobile catering teams to set up and operate throughout your celebration.

For more relaxed dining experiences, our Outdoor Kitchen and alfresco entertaining space is perfect for BBQs, wood-fired pizzas and informal feasting. This sheltered area includes built-in BBQs, water, electricity and lighting, all conveniently located beside the Bar Barn and lounge area.

Of course. While we have a fantastic network of trusted local suppliers that we are delighted to recommend, you are free to choose whichever caterers, photographers, florists and other suppliers you would like for your wedding day.

As a dry-hire venue, tables and chairs are not included. We highly recommend Eden Event Hire, who offer a wide range of beautiful furniture and wedding hire options.

Absolutely. One of the things couples love most about Knott Estate is the freedom to make the space entirely their own.

Our Wedding Barn and event spaces are intentionally offered as blank canvases, allowing you to choose your own styling, florals, furniture and décor to create a wedding that reflects your personality and vision.

Absolutely. We know that for many couples, their wedding day wouldn't be complete without their four-legged friend. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome at Knott Estate. A small cleaning fee will be added to your booking.

Accommodation is not included in our venue hire fee and can be added as an optional package. This allows you to tailor your wedding experience to suit your plans and guest requirements.

We can accommodate up to 12 guests across our collection of luxury shepherd's huts and The Potting Shed.

Nestled within our peaceful woodland, the accommodation offers a unique opportunity for close family and friends to stay on-site and enjoy the estate throughout your wedding celebrations. It's the perfect way to extend your special day into a memorable wedding weekend.

For Saturday weddings, venue hire includes access from Friday for set-up, giving you plenty of time to decorate and prepare for your celebration.

You'll also have access on Sunday to clear down and Monday morning for any final supplier collections, helping to make the entire process as relaxed and stress-free as possible.

While Knott Estate enjoys a wonderfully secluded rural setting, sound can travel across the surrounding countryside.

As with most wedding venues, amplified music must finish by 11pm. Carriages are at midnight, allowing guests plenty of time to enjoy the evening while respecting our local environment and neighbours.

Once you've found a date you'd like, we can hold it for seven days while you confirm availability with your church, celebrant or local registrar, as well as any key suppliers you'd like to book.

When you're ready to secure your date, a deposit will confirm your booking and the planning can begin. Our co-ordinator will be on hand before your wedding day to ensure every detail is in place and everything runs smoothly.
